Continuous Growth
CU-ASPIRES is a comprehensive, longitudinal mentoring and student success programme at CU designed to provide students with continuous academic guidance, personalised faculty mentoring, early identification of learning needs, and structured student–parent–university communication throughout their academic journey.

Weekly Parent
Progress Report

A structured weekly report provides parents with a clear picture of their student’s progress.

The report can include:

  • Weekly attendance percentage
  • Classroom participation and peer engagement for all CGPA & Non CGPA courses
  • Weekly quiz and assessment performance in each course
  • Student strengths
  • Areas requiring improvement
  • Professional behaviour and discipline
  • Co-curricular and extracurricular participation
  • Well-being and mentor observations
  • Progress since the previous week
  • Action plan for the following week
  • Areas where parent support may be required

From Early
Identification to
Meaningful Intervention

CU-ASPIRES is designed to ensure that concerns are identified early and addressed systematically. When additional support is required, the process can move from identification to academic coaching, remediation, an individual improvement plan, follow-up, and reflection, helping students understand their challenges and work towards measurable improvement.

A Complete View of
Student Development

CU-ASPIRES goes beyond reporting attendance and marks.

The mentoring framework considers the learner as a whole, incorporating academic performance, attendance, classroom participation, peer engagement, professional behaviour, co-curricular participation, well-being, strengths, areas for improvement, and progress over time.

It also incorporates observations related to the Beyond Campus Curriculum, including student engagement and coursework completion.

Building a Culture of
Continuous Growth

CU-ASPIRES creates a partnership between students, faculty mentors, parents, and academic administration.

The goal is simple:

Identify early. Support personally.
Improve continuously. Succeed together.

Through sustained mentorship, timely feedback, meaningful parent engagement, and structured intervention, CU-ASPIRES aims to help every student progress with confidence, accountability, resilience, and direction.
